March 2019: Tips, eNews & More!

As we hope for warmer weather in the month of March, exciting things are up ahead! March Break is just around the corner - a week for spring cleaning, fun with the kids, and also a great time to come in for a cleaning or check-up if we haven't seen you in too long!

March is a great time to start getting fit for the summer, so it is appropriate that March is National Nutrition Month and this year, the theme is 'Unlock the Potential of Food!' Proper nutrition is integral to overall health and vitality. The foods you choose to eat also impact your oral health from the moment you put them in your mouth. Learn more about nutrition month at the Dietitians of Canada website nutritionmonth2019.ca. And be sure to check out this month's recipe, featured from that site.

PS: Thanks to those who have completed our Patient Satisfaction Survey! As always, we appreciate your feedback and will incorporate your satisfaction into how we can improve. Everyone who enters will be entered in our draw for a chance to win three gift cards. And if you haven't submitted yet, don't fret! You can still do so here.

Have a happy and healthy March,

-Dr. Paul Branco and the Clinton Dental team
